Shalini M.O is the founder and Studio Head of MO-Design Studio. After completing her Bachelor of Architecture degree from BMS College of Engineering, Bengaluru in 2012, she began her professional journey with Ochre Architects (2012–2013) and then honed her expertise over seven years at Collage Architecture Studio (2014–2021). During this time, she worked on a diverse portfolio of projects, including private residences, apartment complexes, group housing, and commercial spaces.
